1) Self-talk

Self-talk is something you do naturally throughout your waking hours. People are becoming more aware that positive self-talk is a powerful tool for increasing your self-confidence and curbing negative emotions. People who can master positive self-talk are thought to be more confident, motivated, and productive.

2) Get out of your comfort zone

When in your comfort zone, your brain doesn’t want anything to change. Your needs are met, you have zero stress, and your brain recognizes that the body is surviving. It’s a recipe for steady performance. Getting out of your comfort zone from time to time creates just enough good stress to ramp up your focus, creativity, pace, and drive, and it helps you respond to life stress when unexpected things happen.

3) Create new habit:

· Start with an incredibly small habit.

· Increase your habit in very small ways.

· As you build up, break habits into chunks.

· When you slip, get back on track quickly.

· Be patient. Stick to a pace you can sustain.

4) Ask people help

People are more inclined to want to help those who’ve attempted to help themselves first. When asking for help, briefly explain what you’ve tried independently. That way, the person from whom you’re requesting help knows you’ve tried to figure out your problem for yourself before requesting help.

5) Fake it till you make it

“Pretend you can do something, keep doing it until you wake up one morning and find you really can.

How did find the 5 tips?

I found that all these totka’s are very helpful to develop a growth mindset. Always trust on yourself. Think be positive. Keep gratitude.

Work hard to achieve your goals.

Implementation:

I’m starting implement on growth mindset because having fixed mindset I’m losing my self-confidence and it specify my knowledge into small things.
